Conclusion

Through our collective experiences, we've gained insights into creativity within our team dynamics. We've discovered that diversity enriches our creative process; some of us naturally think outside the box, while others excel in visual expression. 

Recognizing these differences allows us to leverage each other's strengths effectively. Our team possesses a solid foundation of technical knowledge and strong communication skills, facilitating the exchange of ideas and the realization of creative endeavours. However, we've also identified attitudes that either foster or hinder creativity, while some members exhibit eagerness to learn and embrace challenges, others may struggle due to a reluctance to invest time in reading and exploring new concepts. We were able to acknowledge these factors, which enabled us to cultivate an environment that nurtures creativity and fosters continuous growth within our team. We encourage ourselves to keep learning, reading and improving to better our creative process.
